I was very pleased with the service and extended help that Tim and his crew afforded me. It was thorough, reasonably priced and they went above and beyond in checking out the car. Because of this, I found that a battery that I’d purchased and had installed (which is still under warranty) is fading and I’ll have to have it replaced. REMEMBER: even though it is installed on a specific date - we don’t know how long they’ve sat on the shelf. In any event, Tim spent time out of his busy day helping me hunt down how I can get the batteries (hybrid) replaced by the automotive company that installed them. Thank you! I want people who aren’t motor heads to read this and go to Real World, where you are treated with honesty and truly taken care of.

Great experience today! We brought our car in thinking something was wrong with the brakes! Luckily they were fine, but the mechanics caught our drive belt that was in really bad shape! Tim was super helpful, kept us updated and made sure everything was taken care of quickly! They had to order a new belt same day, and still got us back on the road in time for our plans! We really appreciated everyone there and I really enjoyed reading the article on the wall in the office about Tim and his passion for the auto world and his business! Got a transmission diag recently. Tracy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It turned out to be worst case replacement scenario, and even though I wasn't going to move forward I appreciated the honesty when this shop agreed it might not be worth it. I would certainly return again for future car needs.

We were visiting grandkids in Raliegh from out of town and ended up having some major mechanical issues with our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Tim and his staff were awesome! They’re straightforward to deal with, most importantly they’re honest and their mechanics and good at what they do. In our case, it was even better that Tim is a master transmission specialist to help alleviate a problem we thought we had but didn’t exist. Our kids who live local use them exclusively. Fair pricing and honest work is refreshing these days.
