We were visiting grandkids in Raliegh from out of town and ended up having some major mechanical issues with our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Tim and his staff were awesome! They’re straightforward to deal with, most importantly they’re honest and their mechanics and good at what they do. In our case, it was even better that Tim is a master transmission specialist to help alleviate a problem we thought we had but didn’t exist. Our kids who live local use them exclusively. Fair pricing and honest work is refreshing these days.

The mechanics and staff are exceptional—they even stayed with me past closing while I waited for my friend to pick me up. Tracey was my contact at Real World Automotive after my regular mechanic at Trianglr Car Care recommended them to me as transmission experts. Tracey was great and followed up in a timely manner!. I had Real world Auto diagnose a transmission issue I had in a car with 225k miles. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward w a repair because I was not ready to put that kind of money into that old a car.
